Henry R. Stinson, III is an American businessman, author, and motivational speaker. With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, he has won several top sales awards, conducted educational and motivational speaking seminars, and trained other sales professionals to use techniques that increased their sales and profits.

In addition to his sales experience, the author developed the tools to be an effective leader as a veteran of the United States Air Force. With this skill set, along with his energy, enthusiasm and empathy that he brings to the stage, the author continues to encourage his audience to unleash their full potential.

This is a book that encourages men not to be afraid to become something they never had. Born and raised along with 3 siblings in Chicago, Illinois by a single mom, the author had to overcome many obstacles to create the life that he now enjoys with his wife and 3 adult children.

As a young man growing up without a father, the author sought out wisdom and he found it in the words of other men, written on a thousand pages that gave him the power to define his life. In writing this book the author's hope and prayer is that it can give other young men the power to define their own lives.
